These conditions of sale apply to goods supplied by Paragon Interior Furniture Ltd. Registered in England No.2392638. Registered office: Unit 2, GTEC House, Canning Road, Stratford, London, E15 3NY. Quotations issued by the company constitute an offer from Paragon Furniture for you to place an order with us. No contract comes into being between you and Paragon Furniture for the sale of any goods until we have received and accepted your order and then provided you with written confirmation of the same.
Order confirmation will only be sent out once all details have been agreed and your deposit payment has been received. Once we have sent out confirmation, and your payment has cleared, a binding legal contract then exists between you and the company. Any subsequent material alterations to the specifications of the job may result in a surcharge being made.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
To confirm any order a first payment of 50% of total purchase price falls due. Two weeks before delivery a further 40% is due. The final 10% is due on completion.
If, for any reason, you decide to delay the date of delivery, the second payment will still fall due, unless you agree otherwise, in writing, with the company. Paragon Furniture reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments. This will be at 4% above UK base rates, calculated on a daily basis. In the case of late or non-payment and with no prejudice to any other rights or remedies of the company, Paragon Furniture may choose to delay the delivery of goods and halt their installation without notice until all outstanding amounts including interest are paid in full.
DELIVERY:
Depending on the size of the project, delivery is generally scheduled between 10 and 12 weeks after we receive your signed confirmation of the order. On delivery, responsibility for all goods passes to the client. Any loss or damage caused by any persons who are not employees of the company is the responsibility of the client. In the case of goods being installed by the company, risk for them shall pass to the client once installation is complete. Any damage or loss occasioned by inadequate site access shall be at the client’s own risk.
INSTALLATION:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the site is adequately prepared for installation, unless Paragon has been specifically contracted for this purpose.
VARIATION IN MATERIALS:
Clients will be shown samples of all materials to be used in the course of a project. Please be aware that due to the nature of materials such as wood and stone, some variation in colour and finish can be expected.
STORAGE:
If for any reason of the client’s making, the agreed delivery date is delayed, the company reserves the right to charge for storage.
CANCELLATION:
Order cancellation will only be accepted subject to the written agreement of the company, and with the proviso that all costs incurred up to the time of the cancellation will be reimbursed in full.

All goods supplied by the company are warranted free of defects. Please inspect all goods thoroughly immediately following installation. These will be repaired or replaced free of charge if found to be defective or damaged by the company. This warranty does not apply to any defects arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, and any negligence on your part or by any third party.
